Hannah is a Melbourne-based solicitor with extensive experience across immigration law, wills and estates, deceased estates, family law and administrative law. Hannah is also a NAATI-Certified Translator (Polish ↔ English), enabling the firm to provide bilingual legal advice and professional legal translation services where accuracy and legal nuance are essential. After you make a booking, we may ask you to provide a brief summary of your circumstances. The more information you are able to provide prior to the appointment, the better we can assist you.

30-minute consultation – $330 (incl GST) For straightforward legal advice and general eligibility discussions.
60-minute consultation – $550 (incl GST) Required for complex matters, including document review, advice based on evidence, prior refusals, disputes, urgent matters or multiple legal issues.
Consultations for wills, powers of attorney and guardianship matters are charged.
If you proceed with us to draft the documents, the consultation fee is credited toward the drafting fee, provided instructions are given within 30 days.
Payment is required at the time of booking
All fees are in AUD and include GST
Free rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice
50% fee applies to late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
